Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum order value, though orders over £50 qualify for free shipping. Even small tool orders are welcome!
Can I modify my order after payment?

Delivery Information

What are my delivery options?
We offer two reliable services:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): DHL/FedEx delivery in 10-15 business days with full tracking.
Free Shipping (orders over £50): EMS delivery in 15-25 business days with basic tracking.
Do you deliver to my country?
We ship worldwide except some remote Asian regions and island territories. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability, or email us with your location for pre-order verification.
How are large items like furniture or sheds packaged?
All items are carefully packaged with protective materials. Furniture is disassembled when possible with clear assembly instructions included. Sheds are packed in weather-resistant packaging with all hardware secured.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your returns policy?
You may return unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and may request return of the damaged item (at our expense).
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items. Payment provider processing times may add 3-5 additional business days before funds appear in your account.
