Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchange Processing
If you’re exchanging an item:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- Exchange processing time is typically 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- You’ll receive tracking information for your replacement item
