Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your garden furniture, tools, and accessories. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns process makes it easy.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when received
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Compost
  • Soil
  • Bark Chippings

Exceptions are made if these products arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Processing

If you’re exchanging an item:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Exchange processing time is typically 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • You’ll receive tracking information for your replacement item

Damaged or Defective Items
