2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Soil
• Bark Chippings

Exceptions are made if these products arrive damaged or defective.

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it. Only when we send you an Order Confirmation email has your order been accepted.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted.

• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you during checkout.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You may return most items within 15 days of receipt, provided:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The item is in its original packaging with all accessories
• You provide proof of purchase
